okay, one last question. what on earth is all the hullabulloo about jay beom? when i read the very first- a very vague description, might i add- of the "controversy" my first interpretation was that the leader of 2pm, park jay beom, had announced that he was gay on myspace. so my first reaction was, really? hm, i think i saw that one coming. but, then when i clicked the next link, apparentlypark jay beom had called korea gay-oo~ooh, it's a big deal now. i mean how often would a wannabe gangsta/superamericanized (see white-washed) young korean american boy forced to live a life of *gasp* work and training daily away from his family in korea call korea gay? i mean, when i saw the other posts he had written it was pretty obvious the words 'gay' and 'hate' came up into his lingo pretty often. i understand that this might be some bias coming from a 2pm fan and an am-uhr-ican, but i feel this "incident" was just a punk kid from 4 years ago just messing around with his friends on an internet social website (the horror). so i don't know what the anti's want. an apology for a statement made years ago? yeah...like i'm sooo surprised he didn't delete every single word he's ever published on the internet. and like those anti's are living like saintly koreans. whatever, just a bunch of crazy asain tweeny-boppers who just make dumb decisions when in a group. so he said his apologies and now i've got his back. peace. yo. i think that's how it is said in the slang terms of hipsters. yeah.
And other things. Hammurabi's for my etymology paper. The other things are for my friends. It's my genius fault, really. I REALLY want to make a parallel between the hit show Friends and my, well, friends. But we soon realized that the pool of characters wasn't enough to cover all of our friends. So, we started collecting more characters from TV show, cartoons, movies, books. Maybe what we need is our own original series. Too bad we don't have an objective third person to use as a narration device. I, as challenged by one of the said friends, will simply serve as the writer for now (let's ignore all of my emotional, delusional. and hormonal baggage that all of my imaginary audience is familiar with from previous posts).
